HERE ARE THE STEPS OF A REGULAR RESTORATION.
1. We clean throughout marble floor with intensive stone cleaner.
2. We grind marble using a multi-stage process of graduate's diamond abrasive.
A. The first stage of grinding will be done using 60 grit diamond abrasive pads to remove lip page and to make the floor level.
B. The floor will then be grounded through 6 additional stages, 120 grit, then 220 grit, 400 grit, 600 grit, 800grit,
and finally 1800 grit to make the floor surface smooth.
3. We clean the grout where necessary.
4. We polish marble using MPP, a combination of micro-abrasives consisting of oxalic acid, tin oxide and aluminum oxide to loosen surface molecules on the stone to achieve a smooth, high luster finish.
